Payment should be made in full at the time of ordering goods directly via the Bagnall & Shaw Equestrian website. Bagnall & Shaw Equestrian reserves the right not to send out the products until the transaction has been confirmed by the appropriate card service provider. All products remain the property of Bagnall & Shaw Equestrian until payment is cleared.

Orders

The information you provide when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you with any query we may have. When placing an order with Bagnall & Shaw Equestrian Ltd, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and your order details. A contract between you and Bagnall & Shaw Equestrian Ltd will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items have been dispatched. Once your order has left our premises you will receive another email, confirming that your order has been dispatched.

Bagnall & Shaw Equestrian Ltd retains the right to refuse any request or order made by you. If your order is accepted you will be informed by confirmation email. Any emails with customers both B2C and B2B are for discussion purposes only and cannot be used to create a binding contract.

We endeavour to only display products on this website which are in stock. However, all products and services are subject to availability.

Bagnall & Shaw Equestrian Ltd will not be responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control.

Complaints Policy

In the event that we fail in meeting our high standards of customer services please do not hesitate to contact us via email at bagnallandshaw@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge your communication and to start our investigations within five working days following our receipt of it. We will do our very best to deal with your complaint as soon as possible and make every effort to reach a satisfactory conclusion on your behalf in order to retain your valued custom.

Faulty items

Please contact us as soon as possible at bagnallandshaw@gmail.com if you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in any way damaged by your postal service, please inform us within 48 hours by email. Please be aware that any general wear and tear will not be deemed as a fault.
